Position Description (include how to apply):

The Director of Administrative Operations reports to the Executive Director and will supervise staff in HR, Accounting, Office Management, and Facilities (3 to 4 FTEs).  The ultimate responsibility for the following functions: budgets, accounting, compensation, workforce recruitment, development and retention, risk management, policy and procedure, benefit programs, safety and health, facility management, service contracts, insurance programs, and implementing best practices agency-wide. 

Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.  5 Years Senior Level Experience preferably in a not for profit setting or mission-driven organization.  Strong skills in the area of finance, human resources, and risk management.  Must be able to demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
