Ambika is a video producer, writer, and communications specialist whose work focuses on social issues, specifically gender, public health, and child rights. She received her MFA in Film at Columbia University, producing her thesis film in Bollywood as a Fulbright scholar.

Alyssa Ford - Data and Strategy Lead, Tech Impact

Alyssa spent nine years in project management and business intelligence in the private sector before refocusing her career to work with nonprofits. Alyssa now leads a group of individuals passionate about helping nonprofits assess data needs, implement cloud-based solutions, identify data solutions and enhance their use of data through analytics and visualization. She has a BSE in Bioengineering and certificates in Secondary Education (Mathematics) and Business Analysis and Project Management.

Jim Lynch - Senior Writer, Nonprofit and Library Technology, TechSoup

Over his long career at TechSoup, Jim has seen all the fads and also the solid aspects of tech-for-good and has written on nonprofit tech trends over the last 10 years. He has been interviewed extensively on NPTech and related issues by the Wall St. Journal, National Public Radio, PC World Magazine, and many other news outlets.
