Capacity Building Center Network
Michigan’s Capacity Building Center (CBC) Network consists of eleven organizations dedicated to learning from each other, collaborating and providing services to nearly 44,000 nonprofits throughout the state. CBCs exist to provide capacity building services to other nonprofit organizations. This includes training, consulting, coaching and project management, in areas such as strategic planning, board development, and technology. The collaboration between these organizations aims to help nonprofits better serve their clients, achieve their missions, and increase the performance and impact of Michigan’s nonprofit sector.
